1.iF your address is remote area , the tracking information maybe not update on time.
2.DHL is not suggested to use in the area like Brazil,AR,Russian,Kazakhstan.
If you still not get the goods when the time run out for your order,please contact us to extend the delivery  time,but not open a dispute!
